• Application for Approval of CLE Activity (11k pdf file)
This form should be submitted by sponsors or individual attorneys seeking CLE credit.  Please note that sponsors should not complete Part B.  Individual attorneys applying for CLE credit must complete all parts.

• Application for Approval of Authorship Credit (14k pdf file)
This form should be submitted for consideration of CLE credit for published articles UPON publication.  Articles, Monographs, and books directed to non-attorney audience readers, while resulting in self-improvement as a form of  self-study, do not qualify for authorship credit.

• Application for Approval of Teaching Credit (10k pdf file)
Complete on application for each activity taught.  (The same program in two locations would need two applications.)  Teaching is awarded as an incentive for attorneys to enhance or benefit the legal profession by teaching other attorneys;  therefore teaching must be in association with an approved CLE program.  Teaching directed to a non-attorney audience, while resulting in self-improvement as a form of self-study, does not qualify for teaching credit. 

• Application for Approval of Alternative Delivery Method (pdf)
The application for approval of alternative delivery method should be submitted by sponsors seeking CLE credit for any program offered by alternative method.  This would include teleconferences and online programs.  Please note that this application will not be accepted from individual attorneys.  Sponsors must meet the standards for course approval before any distance learning program will be considered for possible credit.

• 802(d)(2) Exemption Signature Form (pdf)
Attorneys not practicing law in Kansas, but wishing to maintain an active license, may qualify to claim an exemption from the annual hourly requirement.

• Online Access Enrollment Form (pdf)
The CLE website now includes a feature enabling attorney to track CLE credits and payment of the annual registration fee online.  This form must be completed and submitted by US mail to register for this feature.  Please keep a copy of the enrollment form in your file.  Should the attorney forget the password supplied to the Commission, the attorney must submit a new enrollment form.
